Exchange and Procedure

All products purchased from can be exchanged within 15 days only if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by calling at 0309-8882333 in case you want to raise a dispute.  
In case an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you will have to send the defective product back to Chinyere within 15 days of purchase. Upon receipt, Chinyere shall issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the Invoice.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.

  • Product is damaged because of use.
  • Product has been tampered.
  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing and freebies. 

How does Return or Exchange process work?
Simply inbox us on Facebook or email us at and request for an exchange/return, and we will guide you through the process. Kindly do mention your Order Number in the email/message.

How do I send the item back? 
Once your request has been approved, you will simply courier it back to us.Don’t worry; we will share the details with you when you send us your query.

Will the shipping cost also be refunded? 
We apologize but we cannot refund any shipping costs, except in the following cases:

  • If the item was damaged when received by the customer
  • If the wrong item was delivered
  • If promotional free shipping is being offered

In all other cases, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us

Is there an alternate option? 
Yes. You can simply go to our outlet and purchase something else for the same amount. Please take your original receipt with you and settle the balance at the same time.

Does this apply to items I bought on sale as well?
Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

What about international orders? 
Yes, we cater to refunds and exchanges for international online orders.

What if I just want to cancel my order? 
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at

Please Note:

  • Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
  • Tags and labels must be intact.
  • Summer stock will be exchanged only with summer items & winter items only with winter stock.
  • Inter-brand exchange is not allowed.
  • Refund can only be claimed within one month only.
We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase.

All items must be in their original condition with all tabs and labels intact to be considered for an exchange. Any item that has been worn, washed, or shrunk will not be eligible for an exchange.

Items purchased at full price will be exchanged at the current price.

We do not accept exchanges or claims for previous season garments that were sold on sales at 40% or more.
